This week in Art, the students finished their rainbow trees and added their own flair to their projects.

This week in Music, we had instrument day and continued with our study of Ireland. We used Irish Wooden Spoons to learn about different types of Irish dancing and time signatures, such as the Reel, Jig, and Hornpipes! Our performers were Yair on the guitar and both Daniella & Anya on the piano. Our Mimi Award Winners were Gilad and Ramona!

In Judaics & Hebrew, we continued with Sukkot learning and experienced eating in the Sukkah, shaking the four species. Later on, and as a preparation for this weekend, we moved to learn about Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah. We learned relevant words in Hebrew and made creation artwork. We also refreshed our memory/learned the Hebrew colors. We will continue with this next week and add some clothes vocab.
