Our class is participating in the USPS Pen Pal Project. We wrote our first letters to our penpals, and we are waiting for a response!  Our Pen Pals are from Haley Elementary School located in La Marque, TX. There are 15 students in the class; a perfect match for our class!

We had a theory day this week in music and worked through dynamics - changes in volumes like going from mezzo piano to fortissimo! We applied it to regular speaking as well as music and they practiced the skill of taking notes on all this information. Leah won the Mimi Award for her constant good example and her encouragement of the class to be good listeners.
