We have begun a new unit for Writing where we will be focusing on holidays around the world. The students will be put in groups to read on them, take notes and create a final writing assignment. Then, each group will present its findings.

This week in Art, the students finished their popsicle stick stained glass Star of David.

In Music, we worked on the Chanukah Production! Our performers were Ofir on the guitar, Riley on guitar, and Ramona on the piano. Our Mimi Award winners were Will, Sasha, and Hallel!

In Hebrew, this week, we took the quiz on the second verbs’ list. We also learned some Chanukah vocabulary. In Judaics, we learned the first part of Joseph’s life, and are very excited to continue to learn what comes next.
