Fourth graders discussed the importance of envisionment when reading and writing stories, while the third graders listened to a story on Thanksgiving and answered questions in pairs.

This week in Art, the students created fun expressive turkey faces using a wax resist technique.

This week in Music, we had theory day and learned about Treble Clef notes! We also started working on singing and posture in preparation for the Chanukah Production. Our performers were Mira singing, Rebecca & Shlomit on drums, and Daniella on piano. Our Mimi Award winners were Gilad, Ella, and Shlomit!

This week in Hebrew, we prepared for the first common verbs quiz that we had on Thursday. We created sentences with the words, conjugated them, played games, and more. In Judaics, we learned the stories of Parshat Toldot, discussed questions in regard to the stories, saw videos, and acted it out.
