In science, the students created flashlights from toilet paper tubes...it can be done!

We started off with a performance from Eli on the electric guitar in music class and then dove into the Romantic period again! To my surprise, as I started to play a Mendelssohn piece, baby shark also came on from a hidden speaker! A very funny April fools prank from the class! Besides that prank, we talked about composers like Listz, Fanny & Felix Mendelssohn, Chopin, and Beethoven. We reflected on what scenarios their music would make sense today! Our Mimi award winners were Natalya and Rebecca for their amazing note taking!

In art, the students finished their Japanese inspired paintings.
