We shared our advice columns in language arts, which were really moving. We will continue with our novel and hope that our protagonist gets more used to America.

In collaboration with their social studies unit, the 5/6 class made paper mache globes that light up from the inside. They then moved on to creating a skyscraper color wheel in which they learned about one-point perspective as well as color mixing. Currently, to support what the students are learning in social studies, they are making clay Mexican “Tree of Life” Candelabras.
